you find the right one. We use specialized online programs to help you search for the right home that will
simplify the process. We work with other Realtors and Investors in our network, our affiliates, and online tools
to find you a home.

simplify the process. We work with other Realtors and Investors in our network, our affiliates, and online tools
to find you a home.
How we will work together:
- First we will need to know your needs and wants for your new home.
- We will work with affiliated Mortgage Brokers to help you pre-qualify for financing. If you already work
with a Mortgage Broker, we will be happy to work with them. - We will set up a gateway that will send you daily emails to inform you about homes that meet your
criteria when they come on the market or their status changes. - After you identify a group of homes that interest you, we will provide you with a private tour of those
homes. - When you find a home that is a good fit for you and you want to begin the purchase process, we will
perform a Comparative Market Analysis of the home to help you determine how much to offer for the
home. - We will submit your offer with the goal of getting you the best possible deal.
- If a seller responds with a counter offer to your offer, we will help you negotiate the deal.
- When a seller accepts your offer, we will work with our affiliated Home Inspectors to help you know that
there are no serious problems with the home. - We will work with the seller's title company or one of our affiliated title companies to facilitate the
closing of the purchase. - We will use our experience and expertise to work through the challenges in today's ever changing
market to make sure the deal goes through. - We will attend the closing to answer any questions or resolve any last minute challenges.
- If your new home needs any repairs or updates that are not performed by the seller, we will work with
our affiliated contractors to help you get quality work done on time and on budget. - We will maintain contact with you to continue a good business relationship.
